Travelling Together

One of the many things I love about being a coach is the way that my work evolves alongside me. As I progress along my personal journey, I am able to guide people on an earlier stage of a similar path along their way. I really believe that we are constantly on a journey of some sort and know from firsthand experience how supportive and transformational it can be to have someone to walk beside you as you progress. What journey are you currently on?

In the last 7 years I have learned how to:

  • process multiple losses and grieve mindfully through creativity and self-expression.
  • heal anxiety through grounding in nature and tapping into my body’s wisdom.
  • liberate my sensuality and awaken my spiritual energy via Tantra.
  • heal my heart through self-love and self-compassion practices.
  • voice my truth by connecting to my core value of courageous authenticity on a daily basis.

As a result of the “inner work” I have done, I am able to help you to overcome anxiety, express yourself creatively, connect to your sensuality and be a happier, healthier and freer human being.

If my journey resonates with you and you would like to explore any of the themes above in a coaching relationship, I invite you to book a chemistry session here. If you live locally we can also do the session out in nature.

And if you want to read more about the impact of my work, here is my LinkedIn profile (see recommendations) and website.

And in the meantime, some poetry…

In it Together

Be with people where they are

Don’t try to change or fix them

In staying there, they’ll travel far

Advice does not un-stick them!

Walk beside them, feel along

The strong allow emotions

Compassion helps us to belong

No need to fight commotion

Name what’s present, let it be

Accompany, be open

It’s how you are that they will see

Not clever words unspoken

Validate where they are sat

For your empathic tones

will help them be with where they’re at

and feel far less alone

  1. Woha, simply mind blowing scenes Sam!

Looks like an ideal place to explore, looking at all of these stunning sceneries.

This brings back memories on an expedition I took part in the beautiful island nation of Sri Lanka in South Asia.

I set out on a journey to explore the longest river of Sri Lanka; River Mahaweli with a group of kayakers paddling for 3 long days.

And trust me when I say this, it was ‘heaven on earth” from lush greeneries to all the flora and fauna simply captivated me. Read the full story here,
