Autumn Sun Fun

The continued golden glow this weekend was enough to make any heart turn lyrical! We have been spoilt by warm, sensual days and an unseasonably warm autumn so far. On Saturday I took a walk between workshop sessions and marvelled at the striking beauty of yet another sunny autumn day as I strolled.

We’re spoilt by the gleaming scene that autumn casts before us

It’s warm enough to wear sunscreen, the crispy sun restores us

I must confess, I effervesce when touched by light so sacred

This year has put us all to test, yet growth’s there if we’ll take it

Faint shadows bend, their contrast sends my heart still more poetic

Joys energy attracts new friends, it makes us empathetic

The smoky pastures so serene scream hope’s right there before us

So grateful for this gleaming scene out here with nature’s chorus
