Jumping for Joy

Joy, for us supposedly grown up peeps, can seem a distant, illusive and even childish pursuit. Yet when we throw caution to the wind and give ourselves permission to reconnect with our joy, we are revitalised, rejuvenated and are a whole lot more attractive to be around. How do you connect with joy?

Unadulterated Joy

Unadulterated joy

All yes and yellow –

leaping like a loopy lolo-ball

No time for sleeping,

open-armed and disarming

They all want a slice!

Nothing about you is coy!

Unadulterated joy!

  1. Whenever I feel a bit down, I always read your poems. When I feel great, I still read your poems. Always a delight. Thanks, Sam. ❤️🌹🌷
