Swiss Bliss

Andy and I spent the long weekend down on the sunny shores of Lake Geneva and we also went on a stunning panoramic train otherwise known as The GoldenPass Line. It was a really memorable weekend and I even managed to write and film the following poem during our serene stay!

Montreux Morning Video

Montreux Morning

The sheerness cannot help but stun

Beneath fresh sun, you open

Still silence now the day’s begun

For words need not be spoken

Distractions pale, as we both sail

Along the flowered fringes

Spellbound by this translucent trail

On inner peace, life hinges

Contented grebes tend to their needs

At last, we stop and listen

And calmness washes over me

Wise waters how you glisten
