The birdies were a tweeting one Saturday in early February and it was music to my winter weary ears I can tell you! We all love to connect to the hope of Spring and as an April baby this soon to arrive season is very dear to me!

Though Spring is not yet here
A glimpse of new life whirring
Within the atmosphere
My ears have starting hearing
The future in their call
Soon shoots will be appearing
They’ll scoff at winter’s gall
The thought of it’s alluring
A footloose time of year
